I have been waiting for this item to come back in stock and jumped at the chance once available. The Cadillac option was bought separately, but it was put together pretty easy. It's fun to use. I mean... who wouldn't love to jump on a tiny trampoline while laying on your back, right? Definitely was not disappointed. I didn't even realize 30 mins passed while using it.As far as the reading all the reviews, the good ones indicate the pully system will need updating eventually. I find this to be true. The pulleys are not heavy duty and in time you may need to upgrade them, but the machine does work as advertised. Also, being almost 5'8" it's nice to have a machine where I don't have to worry about hitting my head.So far using it every other day if not every day.. (I did say that rebounder was quite fun), no issues have popped up. My husband has even expressed interest in using it, which is fabulous.

I'm 5'4" and about 115 pounds and I feel like this machine is perfect for my size. If you are taller there will be some limited movements for certain exercises. I'm surprised by the quality of the machine given the price so it gets 5 stars for value. I was worried the jump board was going to be flimsy but it's actually quite sturdy. The things I don't like about the machine are the shoulder foam pads have been shedding since day 1 and there are a couple of clicking and squeaking noises that I can't troubleshoot, nothing major. Overall, I am quite happy with this purchase and have been working out on it daily.

Avoid if you care about (after sale) customer service. Bad customer service: long story short, I bought a new $1000 pilates machine and one of the wheels that move the reformer came defective. I wasn’t able to do a lunge stretch or anything that required one leg on the machine. I was put through the ringer on what steps to take to replace the wheel and to help my defective machine. They sent me a YouTube video (not even my machine) and gave me wrong instructions. One associate told me to fold the machine and then another associate told me that it doesn’t fold (almost pulled my back doing this) and then I later found out that it does fold but have to remove a bolt. What the heck’s going on, they don’t know their own product?! Another associate told me to purchase silicone spray and I asked if they can send me one because THIS IS A BRAND NEW $1000 MACHINE. Why do I have to pay out if pocket and they stated because it’s for “regular maintenance” its not covered. Guys, I bought a new machine (NOT USED), why would I need maintenance on a new machine. All in all, after 4 days of going back and forth, I received the correct instructions and fixed the issue on my NEW machine. But avoid if you care about the after sale customer service experience. I escalated my silicone spray reimbursement request ($10) and my complaints about incorrect steps provided to me and have been ignored by the customer service rep manager J. Good going!

This machine is much better than the 556. The springs make a huge difference. It feels much smoother. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the cushion is very uncomfortable. I am looking for a cushion to put on top of it for more support and the foot bar doesn't allow you to choose different options. I love how easy it is to put together, how smooth it feels, and it is very quiet. I would recommend this for someone that wants one at home but doesn't have a lot of money to spend.

Of course not as nice as the real reformer bug does the job and I use it with different utube videos
