It truly does work!!! I drink one everyday and within a couple hours I’m engorged again. My daughter has been cluster feeding and I have felt depleted until I started drinking these. Will continue to purchase throughout my breastfeeding journey!!

Tastes really nice. Easy to mix. Easy to have on the go to keep hydrated and support lactation.

6-19-2025First review as I've had it two days: We'll where to start... The smaller the cup of water the better that "berry lemonade" flavor is actually tasted. It does recommend a 8oz glass, I did the 16.9 and gagged the drink down. I have tried a 12 oz bottle and that was much better so I say, stick to smaller glasses.Second, the smell of the powder is just that it smells. Can definitely smell it's a lactation drink mix. Third, while I didn't get sick or have the number twos like other reviews have stated (that was for me a leary decision to want to purchase it, but I did anyway). Something to keep in mind, it has collagen 1000mg of it. If you know what that is, keep in mind you might need a bathroom depending on you as a person and how many you're drinking.Lastly, I've had it two days, I wouldnt say my lactation has jumped (yet) but will continue to give it a try to see if thats something that changes.

The packaging have a horrible odor on them.

Day 3 of drinking these and my milk supply is INSANELY good.

Never buying this again. It made me SUPER sick twice.First time I was throwing up ALL DAY and I had major issues with going number #2. The issue was that I was basically water shooting out my butt every single time and it started hurting really bad after a day because it was raw from it all.The second time I drank it and 30min later I had diarrhea again…..so this time I knew it was the drink 100% then hours later I threw up smh…If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would.Never buying this again…absolutely never.

Very helpful in increasing my supply

I usually forget to leave reviews but this drink mix is AMAZING. It totally exceeded my expectations, my daughter is 15 months and my milk supply has tanked the last month. I drank one packet in ~30oz of water (I think it took me 15 minutes or so to finish it) and a couple hours later I had a noticeable and significant increase in milk, I’m so happy! Because I mixed it with more water than recommended the taste was really bland, almost not existent but I really could less about the taste, I’m just happy it worked!
