I’ve used this brand’s tongat + fadogia combo for a few months and noticed some positive results. I decided to give their spermidine and cistanche a shot, since I knew they were quality and was interested in these two compounds and what they do.Currently, this is my second bottle of spermidine and I’ve just now started to see a boost in energy levels and mental clarity (specifically memory recall), compared to my routine before. I think, like with the tongat + fadogia supplement, you’ll need to give this at least two months before deciding whether you want to continue with it or not.
