I found d this product to be very helpful in my pcos wright loss journey. I did notice an increase in energy and a loss of stomach fat. I would say the only drawback is the amount to take per day at 4 pills. Its kind of a lot to digest.Good value

This brand of Myo Inositol is great quality and I got it for $10, which is a great price, so I'll be buying it again if they can get it back in stock! I feel it's really helping curb my cravings and flatten my tummy - finally!! I take 2 with every meal. I also take apple cider vinegar pills first thing in the morning and then again before I go to bed. Please get it back in stock soon!

UPDATE: I really liked this supplement for $10 it was out of stock forever when It finally came back the price was increased though.I've been taking it for a couple of months now for PCOS etc and definitely can tell a difference in my menstrual cycle.
