Despite that the first day and the third day I took them, I was super-revved up. After that my body adjusted. RESULT: I have much higher energy that is steady throughout the day. By bedtime, I am ready for sleep and sleep deeply through the night.

I recommend it. You have to be consistent in taking it daily and every month. When you consume it, it works from the inside out, giving your face luminosity. My nails started growing because they were very weak. I feel better and stronger than before. I'm already in menopause, and it helps a lot.

What I noticed when starting using this product was increased energy.... a lot.Of course I can not proof that, but strange coincidence that my increased energy happened at the same time I started using this product.Although not recommended by the producer I started take two capsules over the day. Not sure it matters but we will see.I'm in my sixties and was starting to energy drained....not any more. Is it because of this suplement? Well I have no other explanation.
