Had one shoulder with calcium deposits surgically removed, the other shoulder had a few. This is the first vitamin K that made a physical difference and helped my shoulder not be so stiff. Thorne supplements have never let me down. I haven't had an x-ray to confirm yet, but i feel as though these helped my body to absorb the excess calcium and get the shoulder moving.
