Ok, so I love this laser. It is well built and came mostly assembled. The gantry was secured with metal brackets for shipping so it wouldn't move. once they were removed the laser head was connected with four bolts. moving the laser head up and down only requires loosing one knob and turning another to move it into position. the air hose connects to a tube on the side of the laser head and is routed through a hole in the back of the laser. the air pump power cord connects directly to the side of the laser and is controlled by lightburn. there is a flash drive with the drivers and a trial copy of lightburn.The only problem that I had was that out of the box it would not power on. I contacted Roly support and they responded with in one day. It turns out that the power supply that their supplier delivered to them was specked wrong for the laser's needs and they shipped me a correct power supply with in a few days. they kept me informed through out the entire process.So far I have used it to engrave cutting boards and make a clock. I have used it with the rotary but only to see how it worked. I have not done any projects with the rotary yet. I did get it to engrave on a stainless steal cup with good results. I have also used it to cut through poplar wood that is 1/2 of an inch thick. (13 passes at 700 mm a minuet at 100% power)

You might want to consider purchasing another unit. This one is OVERRATED. IF I hadn't passed my return window it would definitely be going back! The camera and tracking are horrible. I tried calibration after calibration and it still doesn't hit it's marks I mean WAY OFF. it's impossible to do multiple engravings without several being off center by the time the laser stops. This POS will cost you TIME and MONEY.Be ready for hours of manual calibrations just to get close to perfection. Don't let YouTube coach you into buying this POS as if it's the best thing since sliced bread... like I did

The build quality of this machine is amazing, never have I unpacked and assembled this machine with less problems. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. The care and detail of all the packaging by this company is unequaled. Included with the machine are all the necessary drivers and setup files to get you up and running in minimal time. The documentation is very precise. All the research I had done prior to my purchase convinced me the support is some of the best out there. This is my third machine and none of the prior machines even come close the quality and performance of this machine. If you're looking for a new laser machine, don't settle for second best, this thing rocks.

I watched several unboxing videos by various You Tubers before receiving my laser, so assembly was a breeze. I was up and running in about 30 minutes. I loaded Lightburn software to run it and created a small project and burned my first ever piece within an hour. I would recommend this laser to anyone looking to purchase one.

I have done a lot of research on laser/engravers, and this is the best in this category. Top notch construction, and value for the money. It fits nicely on my desk right next to a windo (ventilation is a must with any laser) basically 24” square. Support is great.👍👍👍

I have never used a laser before and this machine comes totally set up to use right out of the box for the most part. Easy to use and does great engraving. Customer service is outstanding, I have a basic problem that occurred during shipping and they helped me fix my problem right away and were very friendly in the process.

I've had my Roly for a couple months now, didn't buy through Amazon but wanted to give a review of this machine. It's by far the best engineered and precise laser out there today and the price includes so much more than many competitors. Both the 20W and 30W machines are able to change between 10 and 20 or 10 and 30W with just the flick of a switch. That means one machine can do both fine detailed cutting and engraving with the 10W and much faster cutting and engraving with the 30W on thicker materials. Everything about this machine is a win-win. They also have the very best support!
