I take milk thistle on days when I drink and sometimes the next day as well. I feel better in general when I do this. This product works well for me.

What a great combination of ingredients for liver health and overall immune health! Pills are easy enough to swallow, no off putting odor or flavor. It would be nice if dosage was 1 pill instead of 2 so the bottle would last longer, but they're not bad. I just wish I had a liver function test coming up so I could get verifiable results. I have felt healthy and energetic while taking them, but not like a superhero. Haha.

The ingredients in these capsules are excellent. Good, natural detoxifiers, anti-inflammatory aids, and immune system and digestive system bolsters. I find I have been feeling better since taking these supplements. No real negative side effects to report so far. All in all, I like them quite a bit. Would recommend.

I got this to help my liver - I figure it can use it! I can’t say I notice a difference particularly but I don’t think I would notice. I expect it will give a gradual change. It is easy to take and doesn’t cause any stomach upsets or anything. Pleased with this.

I've recently become more proactive about my liver health, and milk thistle has been, after some research, a good first step supplement. I like this particular supplement as it also has the other usual complementary ingredients found in other liver health supplements... The pills themselves aren't too big, the prescribed dosage is two pills (capsules) a day, and they're easy to take. I didn't taste anything when taking them, and didn't experience any stomach upset.That said... I'm not 100% sure about this manufacturer/seller. Supplements are always something of a roulette game as a bottle can say anything, but that doesn't mean it's what in a pill - or that what is in it is actually of good quality, etc. You really have to go by the manufacturer of the product to some extent. This is sold by a company named 'BBEEAAUU', which anyone can agree is odd. The Amazon storefront exists, and they only feature various supplements -- good signs. I was also pleased to find an independent website for this company. Unfortunately, there are no lab test details, no 'where we are located' information, no real details about anything reassuring on the website. There is a contact form, shipping times and fees, and several spelling and grammar mistakes peppered through the various bits of the site. I must admit that I'm not reassured by this manufacturer.Again, buying supplements -- medicines/herbs, etc that you ingest! -- is always a little chancy, and you have to do your homework somewhat. I didn't experience any ill effects from ingesting these pills for a couple of days, but I'm not sure how I feel about continuing to take the supplement, knowing that it's sold from a company that seems to be nothing more than a storefront and payment processor.

I decided to try this to detox my liver just for general health benefits. As of now, I have not noticed feeling any different, but I’m also not sure if this is something I would feel? I will say, the ingredients seem good and beneficial. I have not noticed any foul odors, tastes or stomach upset from this supplement. The capsules are average size, making them pretty easy to swallow. The serving size is 2 capsules, so this bottle will last you 2 months.
