Got this for my mom when she is at my place it's a perfect size and the weight it easy to pick up. Folds up so easy she can do it her self. Very easy to build with great instructions the color was as advertised. Love how adjustable this is so easy. She has shoulder and neck issues so some days she wants the handles different height and I can adjust it for her in less then 2 minutes. The break works really well and holds even when she goes to sit. Which is something I was worried about. And you can adjust the breaks also to make it easier to use. Love how big the storage is she can fit z ton of stuff in there.

Kind of early for me to give it a five star as I haven't really used it yet. HOWEVER! #1 Delivered as promised w/ no shipping charges as I re-upped w/ Prime. #2 The price is great at $105 w/ the free shipping.("Chinsier" models in my town at Walgreen's starts at around $125, and same at Wallyworld) #3 It's stoutly built of steel, which I like since I'm a "Big Guy", but it may be perhaps a bit too heavy for older seniors to load in and out of a car.....weighs in at a tad over 20lbs. #4 like the big, (height and width wise) stout wheels, which for me, I still get out in the dirt on my property, as well as plan to use to do short march outs to some of the local lakes to shoreside fish at this summer. #5 Good assembly instructions, and even comes with a screwdriver and an extra screw for the backrest, as well as one extra each of turn knobs ...(one for height adjustment for the wheels, and one for height adjustment for the hand grips).--my only recommendation from me would be to add a small simple,stamped out spanner wrench to the kit for the adjustment of the brakes, which were adjusted just fine as delivered, but might come in handy for peeps that don't have their own tools.I'm ready to accesorize w/ a old bicycle ringer to the handle bar, and perhaps a bulb squeeze horn, some tassels to the grips and add some race flames and pinstriping! Lol

I sent it back. The brakes were very hard to work for an elderly person. She couldn’t push them down at all and I couldn’t find how to adjust it. Also, my mother has a tendency to lean back in the seat. I realized the soft backs are not for her. She leaned against the back to adjust her pants and the back strap was able to “roll down” where she almost fell backwards. I will have to get her one with the bar across the back.

This is an excellent walker with high quality parts and it comes with spares of things that other manufacturers would skimp on.The design is excellent, too. For instance, the locking knobs are all "pierce-through" design instead of friction for a more durable build. They hit the small things right, too. The locking knobs don't just have a screwhead back, they have a screwhead that locks into the frame so it doesn't spin when tightening the locking knobs.Thanks for the great walker!

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I PURCHASED THIS IN LATE APRIL AND HAVE USED IT SPARINGLY SINCE. AT FIRST THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL STARTED SQUEAKING; NOW BOTH FRONT WHEELS SQUEAK. I SUSPECT BAD WHEEL BEARINGS IN BOTH WHEELS. HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENT WHEELS? IS THIS UNDER WARRANTY? THIS IS ONLY A MINOR NUISANCE. MY REAL DISAPPOINTMENT IS HOW HEAVY THIS ROLLATOR IS; MY BALANCE IS BAD AND I CANNOT FOLD IT AND LIFT IT INTO THE TRUNK OF THE CAR FOR FEAR OF FALLING.

The locking brake handles are an awesome feature I haven't seen before on other walkers I'd assembled. It was all packaged extremely well and the walker was so far beyond my expectations I felt it necessary to leave a glowing review. This is the 2nd walker I've bought for my mother and I'm confident it will be the last one that I'll have to! (The 1st walker was half the price but was 4 times less the quality!) The assembly was straight forward, maybe 15 minutes tops. If you scan the QR code on the instructions last page it goes from a 1 year to a 2 year warranty. Although, I have no doubt this will outlast the 2 year warranty with no issues or failures. It's small enough to fit in a Sonata trunk, well-worth the money and the dark maroon paint job is well powder coated with no defects in the paint that I saw.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have an upright roller, but to cumbersome to use .This product is just the right size and easy to maneuver. Fits easily into my automobile.

Satisfied in every way. I was hesitant to order this online, but I'm delighted in every way. Sad but true, it does require assembly. Somewhat difficult for some one with a hip injury. But, I couldn't be happier with the mobility it provides.
