Coopers Mexican Cerveza Hopped Can Kit

I bought this kit many years ago as either my first or second brew at the time. I remember it being good all those years ago, but I really had no idea what I was doing. Years later I bought this kit again, and so far this summer out of the numerous brews I’ve done for summer so far, this one is awesome. I did not use their beer enhancer, I just did straight dextrose, fermented for about 9 days, cold crashed, and forced kegged. I had a 5.25% ABV. It’s a very clear tasting brew, very refreshing in these very hot summer days. I bought another, I am probably going to add some DME along with Dextrose the next time just to see if I can make it even better, although I already made it great.

Was very happy with this brew. Tasted great. Will definitely re-order.

Is what I expected if you are a beginer you will want to use the yeast that comes with it!
