I brought these I used to use zinc before so far so good I recommend.

My therapist suggested that I try these out so far so good though, but we’ll see how they work out.

I thoroughly enjoy Natures Bounty. They are always the better go to in my honest opinion. Most brands work but these are always very well encapsulated and well thought out. Some other brands can get stuck in my throat due to unsmooth edges. Or they get the jar really dusty on the inside.

Make sure and check the recommended dosage. When I double checked, one of the Zinc tablets in combination with my multi vitamin was actually too much and tended to make me feel nauseous.
