As this ingredient makes it rounds around the supplement industry, I'd like to highlight my pleasure with how well this feels. Does not seem to work. It might seem to be snake oil. Not sustainable energy and it tastes like rice, which it indeed is the main filler of this capsule.

While I'm not a die-hard coffee drinker, I was tired of being tired, listless, and lacking in the energy department. I'm 72 and still work full-time at a lawyer's office. My cognitive ability was in decline - not good. It is important to remember names and case details. I've been taking these for about a week. I immediately felt more awake than I have in months, better outlook on everything, and my mental clarity was back in full force. I just take one capsule with water shortly after rising and by the time I leave for work, I feel ready to take on the day. I highly recommend these.

This will raise your heart rate but without the jitters and off putting negative catabolic effects of caffeine! Yes this is a caffeine metabolite...that means if you have had coffee much of the lift was from this very supplement! I love when folks ask or question its safety...lol you have had every bit as much of this as the dose supplies....you have just had it with a host of other garbage metabolites that make you feel terrible! It is the good part of the caffeine rush...not the nasty jitters and snappy side ;) You do not need to understand the chemistry to know that this was in your coffee all along and this is what you wanted...now you know its name! I still enjoy this with a cup or two of Joe..I just don't need any more than one cup when I take 2-3 of these!

They seem good as in clearing the brain a little, but they’re much too expensive. You need to take 3 a day, and for almost $30 a month they only last 10 days.
