I am not one to write reviews because I am very skeptical of some reviews on the inetrnet but I will say this product exceeded my expectations. I took the pill a 7am on day one and I wasn't hungry all day until I decided I have to eat something around 7pm. I missed day two just to see what the difference would be ans I was hungry around 2pm so then I continued day three and not hungry at all just making sure I drink lots of water throughout the day. Well this works for me and I will definitely be buying them again. The energy levels were not excellent but in terms of not craving snacks all day that's what I bought them for and it's working for me.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This is an amazing product that actually really works .It has helped me loose 24lbs so far .So easy to take with instructions that are so easy to follow .These actually work and I would 100% recommend them .

Why did you choose this product over others?:I like the fact it is made up of natural ingredients and it is made in the UK. I have a lot more energy and it has helped with not snacking in between meals and has improved my stamina whilst doing different exercise.

On my second bottle. Highly recommend. Can definitely see resultsI am menopausal so started to struggle with weight. These tablets are very good. Back on my jeans comfortably as they were getting tight. No adverse side effects. I don't go to the gym but walk a good 2 hours a day in good weather with my dog. Extremely pleased. Was skeptical to try these after being scammed by other similar products, but after seeing the other reviews with pictures of their progress I gave them a try.Having ADHD I often find myself wandering to the kitchen to find some snacks to get that dopamine hit, but since taking these I have found myself being more in control of my eating habits. Brilliant product have been using these along with light exercise and a healthy diet and am already seeing results, have lost a stone after using these for 4 weeks.I started with 1 tablet a day for the first week and then 2 everyday, you need to make sure you drink plenty of water with these.Fab product already on my next batch

I have been using them for a while now and would say they definitely work, however I am now finding it harder to swallow due to the taste/smell of these it’s making me gag and sometimes spit them back out.
