Yes, the bags are small, but it literally tells you how many ounces it is. I bought it to make the Dubai Chocolate (of course). Personally, I thought it was the perfect size bag for a “trail run” of making Dubai Chocolate. The molds I got are on the smaller side so I didn’t use all of the kataifi mixture, but it was surely more than enough. I got 3 bars made, I probably used 1/4 to about 1/2 of the bag. So I have a lot left over yet, and can probably make 3-4 more bars! The kataifi itself was really good, nice and crunchy which I assume that means it’s fresh. I think it was a reasonable price considering it’s not common in the US (at least where I’m from). Toasting it up on the stove with some butter was super easy, only took like 5 minutes! It added a nice toasted flavor. I overall and pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend buying! The only thing I’ll say is, if you’re expecting a BIG bag of kataifi this is not what you want lol, but it contains a decent amount to get you a few bars! I would have added a picture but I was too excited when I got it and forgot to take one lol.

We made strawberry chocolate Dubai with this. it was perfect and delicious.

Small package but when you toast it, it actually makes a good amount. It was the perfect amount to mix with the 3oz of pistachio cream and some tahini. I already ordered a 2nd time!

Bag is super small for the price. I did like the quality, my chocolate turned out well, came already chopped. I just wish the price was more reasonable.

It came packaged wonderfully - in a box, plastic sealed, inside was a ziploc bag about half full of the product. It seemed like a very small amount to me.I was using it to make Dubai Chocolate - and I was able to make 6 bars with 3/4s of the bag.It comes already cut up/crushed. It isn’t in a small brick like I’ve seen all of the others which is okay - less work for me!If you want to make Dubai Chocolate, I suggest getting it. It’s already cut up, it’s crushed essentially, so you don’t have to worry about cutting it up yourself, and it’s much easier to measure.The taste was great - it tasted just as it should. And the quality of the product really helped make the bars shine.They were SO crunchy! (After toasting with butter of course)Overall value is great in my opinion, at least for what I needed it for.

There’s a lot in this package and it has been used multiple times to make homemade Dubai chocolate bars. Great value and great product!

I just loved it. I used it to make Dubai chocolate bars. You just fry it up with butter until is golden brown and add it to your pistachio cream. Then fill your molds with melted chocolate and add your Kataifi to the hardened chocolate. It was exactly the right amount of crunch. I made 6 candy bars and there is still half the bag left. it is delicious.
