Best once sleep aid I've tried!
This is the best sleep aid I've tried. I have anxiety and OCD. It is extremely hard for me to turn my mind off at night. So I'd gotten some of these for free from work, they didn't want them. Well, I went through the whole bottle and had to get more.I can actually lay down and fall asleep almost instantly, sometimes even with my phone in my hand. I do sometimes wake up groggy, but it wears off within thirty minutes. I wouldn't suggest taking them every night, i try and go a fee days in between.These are buy far the best otc sleep aid I've tried. I've tried a lot of different products and these will knock you out. I suggest following the instructions on the label, and enjoy a great night's sleep every once in a while. Plus, Amazon has the best price, they can be expensive at the drug store. Highly recommend for people like myself who have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep.

Slept like a rock
Bought for morning sickness first trimester of pregnancy. Made a night and day different in how I felt the next day and also I slept like a rock

Do not take late at n̈ight.
If you take them late at night, if you did you would be drowsy most of the day. Other than that they are wonderful.
