Clear good lysine effect. This capsule does what I expect from it. No adverse effects noticed.
This does exactly what I expect lysine to do, and I get a good lysine effect. In other words, this stuff is GREAT!! I have noticed no adverse effects from taking 1 capsule three times daily (with meals). It is easy to swallow, there is no noticeable taste, the size is convenient.

NOT Capsules. They’re tablets. Lysine is always on hand.
I take lysine to prevent cold sores when I’ve eaten something I know causes them, or to make them not get big and to go away quickly if I do feel one coming.These are tablets though which are harder to swallow for me. I ordered because it said capsules. They’re not.I’ve used NOW brand often and these were packaged nicely and received quickly.

Good quality Lysine, good value
Lysine helps my mouth, generally. I take extra when I have chapped lips or if I have a cut in my mouth...it really seems like things heal a little faster when I take this supplement. I've been taking this supplement for many years and have noticed no side effects at all. I had previously used this same brand of Lysine in 1000mg format, but the individual pills were just too big for me. I love the 500mg size, they are much easier to swallow and work just as well.
